We pack your fighting essentials with care! All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95) – Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping – Available for orders over £50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: Delivery times may vary for international orders depending on customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian and remote regions.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind our premium boxing equipment like we stand behind fighters in the ring. If you’re not completely satisfied, our straightforward policy ensures you get what you need.

Key Return Details

  • Return Window: 15 days from receipt of order
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags and packaging intact
  • Proof of Purchase: Order number or receipt required

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Bar Face Headgear
  • Boxing Groin Guards
  • Boxing Headguards
  • Boxing Injury Support products
  • Any personal protective equipment (unless defective)

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with:

  • Return authorization (if approved)
  • Return shipping instructions
  • Exchange options (if applicable)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Once authorized, securely package your return including:

  • The original packing slip or order confirmation
  • A note with your order number and return reason

Step 4: Processing Your Return

We’ll inspect your return within 3-5 business days of arrival and notify you via email about your refund or exchange status.

Refund Information

  • Approved refunds processed to original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility (unless due to our error)
  • International customers: Customs/duties fees are non-refundable

Exchange Information

  • We’ll ship your replacement as soon as we process your return
  • Price differences will be adjusted (you pay more or receive refund for less)
