Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging
- All tags and protective coverings must be intact
- A proof of purchase or order number is required
Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on Bar Face Headgear, Boxing Groin Guards, Boxing Headguards, Boxing Injury Support products, or any personal protective equipment unless they arrive defective.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with:
- Return authorization (if approved)
- Return shipping instructions
- Exchange options (if applicable)
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Once authorized, securely package your return and include:
- The original packing slip or order confirmation
- A note with your order number and return reason

Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 3-5 business days after arrival), we’ll notify you via email about the status of your refund or exchange shipment.
Refund Information
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. Note that:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
- International customers: Customs/duties fees are non-refundable
Exchanges
For size exchanges or product swaps:
- We’ll ship your replacement as soon as we process your return
- If the replacement is more expensive, you’ll pay the difference
- If less expensive, we’ll refund the difference
Damaged or Defective Items
If your boxing gear arrives damaged or defective:

- Include photos of the damage/defect and packaging
- We’ll arrange a free return and expedite your replacement

International Returns
Customers outside the UK:
- Mark the package as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs charges
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Original international shipping fees cannot be refunded
